The report is suggesting that leadership is needed, and everyone from the porter to the chief executive can be a leader.
Do we need checklists to ensure dignified care? If so then we need leaders to make sure that the changes which the check list is meant to bring about really go happen.

Just read this Shane. Very moving. You must have a greater depth to the things you come across in life. A depth that many of us do not consider. Until prompted. The above is something that made me pause for thought. And re-appreciated. It is a shame there are some things in life one cannot give. May she rest in peace.
